Quality, hygiene and food safety certifications: we have developed a system of cross-checks to guarantee the excellence of every single product we deliver. 

Each one is subjected to checks on multiple characteristics, starting from its harvest and up to its arrival in our warehouses, going beyond the normal checks required by the regulations in force for each fruit and vegetable company.

You know where our products come from and how they are grown

We can always assure you of the quality of our products as we carefully select suppliers based on the objective guarantees they can give us. We demand from them multi-residue chemical tests, conformity tests and certifications capable of guaranteeing the quality of the products, even on microbiological aspects.

Ongoing training about food security

The entire Formisa team regularly participates in training sessions to ensure maximum preparation in food safety. Thanks to these sessions, the staff is qualified to identify in advance and independently any possible risk in all stages of processing of the goods, from arrival in the cold storage rooms to loading onto the vans used for transport.

Cross-checks and tests, beyond the mandatory ones

We are among the very few to have a subscription to a control and inspection service provided by an external analysis laboratory. We regularly carry out chemical, physical, microbiological and sampling analyses of our fruits and vegetable products. By relying on certified third-party bodies, we can furthermore guarantee transparency and correctness to our clients.
